Where necessary for providing a safe and appropriate service, we may also collect relevant health, medical, mobility, communication and wellbeing information. We only collect information that is reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it is used.

Purpose for Collecting Data

We collect and use personal information to respond to enquiries, arrange and provide companionship and wellbeing support, communicate with clients and their representatives, maintain appropriate client and visit records, manage appointments and payments, support client safety and wellbeing, respond appropriately to emergencies or safeguarding concerns, meet our legal and regulatory obligations, and operate and administer Daily Memory Matters.

We will not use personal information for purposes that are incompatible with the reason it was originally collected unless permitted or required by law.
